MC and a red haired girl who is a doll had a red string attached to each other. Doll didn't like that so MC had to use the red string as a leash and walk Doll outside like a dog in order to up her intimacy. MC would then get into pokemon battles with other dolls, using Doll as his pokemon. At the end MC made Doll a new doll body but Doll was kinda unsatisfied with her new boobs being too small.
any of the leads have either
1. internalized homophobia (better if they’re dating a dude while at it)

It was a manwha about a girl who's really into drawing. She made manwha/comics in her spare time and the main protagonist of her drawings started calling her one day everytime she ended a story. Her brother did really well in school and her parents were comparing them i think. She also eventually got into some art cram school?? Something like that. I don't knie if it was ever completed on mgg
It’s an ongoing omegaverse BL. The main character is a least weasel beast-kin with brown hair that turns white during the winter, while the male lead is a black panther beast-kin, if I remember correctly.
When they were children, the ML moved to the MC’s small town and fell in love with him. However, the MC suddenly disappeared because of health issues and had to return to Seoul without being able to tell the ML why he was leaving.
Years later, the ML returns to the town in high school to search for his “first love.” He ends up meeting the MC again, but neither of them recognizes the other at first. As they grow closer and start spending time together, the MC realizes that he was the ML’s first love all along. However, he keeps his identity a secret because he’s afraid the ML will be hurt or angry that he disappeared without explanation all those years ago.
Anybody know the name of it?
I forgot the name since I've read it a long time ago. It was a dark bl manhwa. The mc was a plastic surgeon that operates illegally? They got caught and now have to stay in this prison somewhere in Jupiter(?) It contains a lot of weird shit, like the prisoners are required to walk around to generate electricity so the spaceship won't collapse
like omg i might be crazy or is this just a dream that I had

I really, really want to read a good slow-burn BL. I’m honestly tired of stories where the characters are intimate every second chapter. I want a story that makes me giggle, makes me feel the tension between the characters, and builds their connection slowly.
I’ve read a lot of BLs, but lately I haven’t been able to find one that truly hits that spot. I want to fall in love with the characters first—to understand their personalities, their chemistry, and their emotional bond before they get into a romantic relationship.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a BL like this?
slow burn? would you like a side of yearning seme with that

The criticism isn't that the story is dark or problematic. It's that being dark and problematic doesn't automatically make something interesting or "well-executed". You can portray obsession, coercion, and abuse while still developing a unique dynamic between the characters.
It's also obvious the author isn't romanticizing a lot of these moments and wants them to feel disturbing. The issue is that after the strong setup, the relationship started feeling less unique and more reliant on tropes that are already very common in BL with the huge power imbalance and all, plus the focus shifting from exploring the psychological tension and complexity of their relationship toward using escalation and shock as the only way to move the dynamic forward, at the expense of deeper exploration.
Basically, understanding what the story is trying to do and thinking it executes it well are two different things. Just because a story is dark, disturbing, or intentionally uncomfortable doesn't automatically make it compelling. And people criticizing how the story chooses to portray those themes, or feeling that the story didn't fully deliver on the potential of its premise, aren't necessarily misunderstanding it— we may simply think the execution didn't live up to the premise.
Ml is playing the long game.
Also does anyone know what chapter we are in the novel?
I was then stabbed 67 times
