but basically the plot was complicated asl but It was something like this -

it was a historical one where the FL had long blonde hair and she had a twin brother too, the fl who's name I can't remember was locked in a tower most of her life by

I believe, her mother, and the mom always said it was to protect the fl from her twin brother or something like that

anyway the fl had a low-key crush on her brother(pause remember I said I read this at 11 YEARS OLD, GIVE ME SOME GRACE!!) but she also envied him because he seemed

free and could roam around anywhere in their castle and got to have lessons in swordsmanship and stuff and form relationships with other people

while she was stuck in the tower unable to go anywhere. anyway, I think one night like a monster broke into the castle or something like that

but it turns out the monster was the brother she had a crush on and ok bear with me when I say this but if I remember right

they smashed or something and then the brother like turned back to normal this one was a pretty crazy one

and after that I forgot how but the brother and the fl started traveling around together and the relationship was like insane

we would be going back in time and to different lives and one thing I remember was in the end it turns out the weird incestuous love-hate relationship the fl

had with her brother was because in their past lives they weren't related but the brother's soul was the soul of a sorcerer's son who was

basically forced into servitude by an evil woman who was the last reincarnation of the fl and the fl in her last life was so evil and mean to the son

but they would also like be romanticly involved at times but the fl last incarnation was so capricious that one minute she's nice to the boy and the next

she's knowingly accusing him of some B's just for fun and to mess with him and so he like developed Stockholm syndrome and he loved her

but he also hated her, and then fast forward to their next life the new fl mom was I think being pressured into having a son by the dad

and she heard a rumor that under the castle a demon or spirit or something was cut up and sealed away but if you found all it's pieces or some or if you made a wish to one of it's pieces it'll give you what you asked for

I really don't remember if that was the exact context but it was something like that and so the mom wished for a son

to the demon and she got one, but he was born a monster so I think she either made another wish or something and the daughter she initially birthed

her body was like cloned into that of a male's and that became the brother but the mom was never able to forget the son wasn't human

and i think something else made her weary of him too but I forgot they also had another brother who I think he was like an illegitimate child but it wasn't known

he had like brown hair and he would low-key be frying fl and the brother for being together when they're literally siblings but he had his own insane

affairs going on with his maid or was she a nanny?? I forgot, as you can see, I forget everything but the story was insane

and I wanted to reread it for the dramatics and because I fell off of it before ever seeing the proper end and I totally need to know what happened

because I believe it ended but there might've been more

I know that it had devil in the title and it's like the fl ans the male lead hugging but that's all I remember about the cover

I remember going into reddit and looking up theories of what the actual events and timelines were and everything in chronological order

and all that but I just want to read it again to have something to do bcs a bunch of bs was going on that I remember having a blast reading lol, so if anyone knows which one I'm talking about and u remember the name
